We are excited to announce actor John Marrs will play Sheriff Bob, one of the main villains, in She was the Deputy’s Wife, one of our 12 Westerns.
John Marrs has appeared in many Western films including features and shorts. He also has credits as a producer and writer of films, along with his Western work as a horse wrangler and armorer. She was the Deputy’s Wife begins production in March 2020 in Southern Arizona. The gist of our story in a few sentences:
A horse thief is due for execution. A Marshal wants him kept alive for all the wrong reasons. A deputy wants only to see justice done. And the deputy’s wife has fallen in love with the outlaw. They come together one day to fight for loyalty, power, and desire.
