We are excited to share with you that we have chosen Kristine Fricke to play the lead role of Jessica in our barrel racing film, Turn and Burn, set for production in Mississippi during September 2020.
Kristine has years of experience as an equestrian and barrel racer. She has also worked on film productions with Louisiana filmmaker Jency Griffin Hogan as an actress and animal trainer. Kristine auditioned for the lead role of Jessica at our casting call in Meridian in late November. We were very impressed with her performance and I am happy to work with her on this film. Turn and Burn follows the story of Jessica, a barrel racer who has come to a crossroads in her life where she must decide whether to continue with the sport or follow another path. The film is our “modern Western” in our 12 Westerns project and is slated for production in Meridian, Mississippi during September 2020.
