We are excited to announce actor Les Best will play Marshal Graham, the lead villain, in She was the Deputy’s Wife, one of our 12 Westerns.
Les Best previously worked with our co-producer and director of photography Mario Mattei on the short film Time Slot. He has also appeared in several other features, short films, and television shows including a role on HBO’s The Leftovers. Click Here to visit his IMDb page.
She was the Deputy’s Wife begins production in March 2020 in Southern Arizona. The gist of our story in a few sentences:
A horse thief is due for execution. A Marshal wants him kept alive for all the wrong reasons. A deputy wants only to see justice done. And the deputy’s wife has fallen in love with the outlaw. They come together one day to fight for loyalty, power, and desire.
