In celebration of more than five years as a film company, based in Arizona, we begin a retrospective of our work. This will include our short films, music videos, commercials, documentaries and much more…

THE NIGHT LIFE

What I remember most about The Night Life is the bad sound. Everything we recorded in production was unusable. So what we were left was good performances, decent images and no sound… So, we did ADR for the first time. If you don’t know, ADR is recording the lines in post (dubbing so to speak). We did our best and for a first attempt, I don’t think it’s bad. Everything you hear in the movie was recorded in a sound studio. This is before we started working with James Alire, of 5J Media, who greatly improved the audio half of our films. Interesting tidbit, we would shoot outside this bar in the same location years later for another film.
