We present our version of “At the River”, also called “Shall We Gather at the River”, a hymn originally written by Robert Lowry and featured in our movie Blood Country.
This “music video” features the song performed by Kirsty Hatfield with additional vocals by Cotton Yancey, harmonica by Darral Williams, guitar and recording by Marc Ridgeway. The images used show the importance of water in the story for Blood Country. We included this hymn since it is an iconic song of the Western genre.
